RegistrationGENERAL INFORMATION The deadline for registration is 31 January 2026. Please, note that the registration will be binding after 31 January 2026. Based on the number of registred participants, it will be decided in the beginning of February 2026 whether the Spring School can be organized. If it is not the case, the registration fees will of course be reimbursed. Centrale Innovation, the valorisation subsidiary of Ecole Centrale de Lyon, is in charge of the registration process. The registration fees will depend on whether the participant will attend in person or virtually and, for in person participation, on whether or not the participant requires accommodation at the Résidence Paul Comparat. Note that the number of participants attending "in person" is limited to 20. REGISTRATION FEES Fees for participants attending in person and requiring accommodation
These fees include the participation at the Spring School, the accommodation in the Résidence Paul Comparat from April 20 till April 25 (five nights) and the lunches on on April 21, 22, 23 and 24. Fees for participants attending in person (without accommodation)

These fees include the participation at the Spring School in a fully virtual fashion. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE UPDATE 20 January: we have reached the maximum number of "in-person" participants. From now onwards, we can therefore only accept registrations for "virtual" participation. The procedure to register for virtual participation is as follows. You can register for a virtual participation to the Spring School by sending an email to the organizers. Please, mention in this email the type of registration (i.e., PhD or not), your surname, your first name, your professional email address, your affiliation, your professional postal address and the preferred mode of payment (i.e., credit card, purchase order or bank transfer) If your employer is not located in France, but is located in one of the other members of the European Union, please mention also the intra-community VAT number of your employer in the email (the intra-community VAT number starts with two letters corresponding to the country i.e., BE for Belgium, IT for Italy, ...).
